How We Keep Your Information Safe

  • Files are stored temporarily in encrypted, access-controlled folders (OneDrive or Sharepoint).
  • Passwords are never stored, shared, or seen without your permission.
  • Sessions are held in private Microsoft Teams meetings, with screen sharing controlled by you.
  • When we wrap up, your files are returned to you and removed from our system within the timelines outlined your service agreement.
