We guide you through organizing sensitive information like logins and instructions – but we don’t need to see your passwords. Screen sharing can be paused at any point, and we’ll work within your comfort zone to create a clear, secure legacy plan. Learn more about Digital Legacy.
How We Keep Your Information Safe
- Files are stored temporarily in encrypted, access-controlled folders (OneDrive or Sharepoint).
- Passwords are never stored, shared, or seen without your permission.
- Sessions are held in private Microsoft Teams meetings, with screen sharing controlled by you.
- When we wrap up, your files are returned to you and removed from our system within the timelines outlined your service agreement.
