For nearly two decades, I’ve helped people and teams bring order to chaos – through better workflows, clearer systems, and calm support during change – drawing from a background in process improvement, change strategy and systems thinking.
But the moment that led to Digital Simplified? It wasn’t at work – it was personal.
I was sorting through thousands of scattered photos for my daughter’s upcoming graduation. And even with all my systems know-how, the overwhelm hit hard. Between scattered cloud backups, forgotten drives, camera cards, and old tech that barely worked anymore, it hit me: if I felt this lost – even with all my experience – others must be feeling it too. I knew I could help.
That moment reminded me what I love most – helping people find relief and structure in places that feel messy and invisible.
And it left me with a question I couldn’t ignore.
Where Digital Legacy Began
As I brought order to those memories, I started wondering: how would anyone even find these photos when I’m gone? That question became the early seed for Digital Legacy, and led me to explore how we can leave our digital lives behind in a way that’s easy to find and gentle to navigate for those we love. I’ve lost someone too – and I know the last thing you want to face in grief is hunting for logins, documents, or a favourite family photo or playlist that holds so much meaning.
What I Do Now
Now, I help people untangle the digital parts of life that often get pushed aside – offering virtual support from Canada to wherever you are. That might mean clearing out an overflowing inbox, or untangling a lifetime of digital accounts and files, or helping a solopreneur build daily systems that truly support them– something that feels aligned, intuitive, and designed to work with how you naturally think and live.
My Approach
I naturally think in systems and connections. I tend to see what’s missing, what’s possible, and how to make things feel simpler – without forcing a one-size-fits-all solution. It’s a mindset I bring to every client and every system I build.
